We found this mushroom last fall while stumbling around the forest looking for edibles. Does anyone out there know what this mushroom is?

Snow answer

If April showers bring May flowers, then what does February snow bring? Well, Spring Mushrooms…of course! In this case Oysters from my mushroom bed from last spring, I can’t wait for them to flush again this spring!
