Does anyone out there know what it is?

I can’t really tell from the image….but could it be a stink horn?

  2. Dean says:

Yes…the lowly Stinkhorn. Thank you Joan! This one is named Phallus impudicus. The slime on top attracts flies and that is how it spreads it’s spores.

Nice to see you have some helpful followers on here. Love the site…….really cool and informational! P.S. I personally think the name of the Stinkhorn should be changed to the name of my brother!

  4. Dean says:

I know your brother, and you are right in more ways than one!
